Amala juse. for coldstore(TGR)

Need things:-  Amala 1/2 kg.salt  teaspoonful 1/2,and 1 cup fresh water that`s all.                                                                                                   Preparation:-Wash  Amala need and clean then keep in the cooker close lid and place on maximum heat till full cooking pressure comes .Reduce to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes. Allow cooker to cool gradually then  keep  in the blinder and keep salt  and   1 cup fresh water  .Ready to drink. Everyday morning  you can drink .Don`t forget it. Thank you.
